Review
I always give a book many chances before I wave the white flag on books I've absolutely no interest in. With that being said I've never not finished a book and/or given a rating of zero before.
The Reveler series has a good structure, I really did enjoy the first novel except for the fact that it was super short (10 chapters) and seemed to cut off when the plot was getting really good. Enter in the second novel and it's a whole new character point of view. I feel kind of robbed. I don't like Maisie at all and being stuck in her point of view kind of sucked. I was just getting to know Jordan and Rook when Maisie and Steve rolled right in and took over. Again like the first book, this novel was short, but as short as it is, I've lost all interest in finishing it.
