Review Wrap Up, is a monthly post that recaps the reviews posted in the previous month.
For the month of January five book reviews were posted:
Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks - I gave this read a shining 5 stars. Nicholas Sparks is one of my all-time favorite authors and given this was a first time read for me, he definitely didn't disappoint. I loved Safe Haven and am confident in saying that it has become an all time favorite novel for me, one that I will reread again. You can check out my full review here.
An Earthly Knight by Janet McNaughton - Another shining 5 star review here. An Earthly Knight has been a favorite of mine since childhood. Reading this novel takes me back to a time of fairy-tales and make believe. You can check out my full review here.
Hard As It Gets by Laura Kaye - I gave this read 3.5 stars. Laura Kaye was a new to me author and although the novel could have been a tad spicier it was gripping and kept me on the edge of my seat with suspense. I look forward to checking out other novels from this author. You can check out my full review here.
Daughter of Oreveille by Tricia Ballad - This was a short but capturing read, that took place over the span of years. It was different reading majorly about the fae but a refreshing change. I can't wait to read the sequel. You can check out my full review here.
The Laird Who Loved Me by Karen Hawkins - This historical romance novel gave a good little bit of everything; humor, love etc. I read it as a standalone, it was #5 in the series and I can't wait to check out the others in the series. You can check out the review here.
